Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your order arrives with a significant issue, you may contact us at thebootscootinsissies@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to request a review. Each request is evaluated individually at our sole discretion, and a review does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
To submit a request, include your order number, clear photos of the item and the shipping packaging, and a description of the issue. Incomplete requests will not be reviewed.
The following are not eligible for review under any circumstances:
- Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or unwanted items
- Sizing, fit, or color preference (apparel is made to order — please consult the size chart before ordering)
- Items signed, numbered, or marked as limited edition
- Digital downloads, gift cards, and stickers
- Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
- Packages confirmed delivered by the carrier — please contact the carrier directly
- Issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Wear, washing, or care-related damage
We reserve the right to decline any request, refuse future orders, or close customer accounts at our discretion. Decisions made by our team are final.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, as required by EU consumer law. Refunds
When a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional days.
